This service is expected to help visitors holding multiple-entry passes to avoid the hassle at the entrance gates that is often the case at large theme parks.

On the other hand, when using this type of highly convenient service, it is essential to check the content carefully, and to understand the points to note at the time of advance registration and the use of the service.

While some people acknowledge the benefits of face recognition technology, there are also voices of concern about the privacy risks of using an ID photo, which is an important piece of data for users.

As an ID photo is required to use the multiple-entry pass, users are advised to check the details of the service before deciding to use it.

The Expo’s multiple-entry pass, which incorporates the face recognition technology and a QR code, is designed to provide visitors with a special futuristic experience, while preventing identity fraud by lending and borrowing tickets.
The risk assessments and countermeasures for the service have been considered from various perspectives, including data collection, storage, and, most importantly, in the event that face recognition is not feasible for entry, which I believe will give users peace of mind when using the service.
I would like to learn more about the accuracy of the face recognition.

The content of the service was generally understandable. In particular, the service’s benefits and handling of data have been explained in detail and convincingly.
Initially, there were areas where it was felt that some risk measures needed to be supplemented, but eventually all the explanations, including the risk measures, were made clear to me and I was given a clear picture of the service.

The benefits of this system, the data flow, the data items, etc. have been comprehensively organised and the measures to avoid the risks have been carefully considered.
On the other hand, taking into account the fact that some people have emotional concerns about camera-based face recognition, I hope that efforts will be made to explain the service in an easy-to-understand manner and technical considerations will be made, which I believe will lead to the effective use of this system at the Expo.
